Dear Friends & Family,
I am pleased to announce that today we have finally closed on the construction loan for RPOS Delray! This has been a long time coming with multiple revisions and hurdles along the way. Construction on our new facility will begin on October 17th, 2016 and will be completed within 12 months.
This 12,000 sqft facility represents a $2.6MM investment into our future growth and expanding services. It will be the anchor of our southeast operations and act as a sales, service and repair hub. Purpose built for ReSource Point of Sale from the ground up and designed entirely by our team, it will enable us to continue providing our customers with top level service and POS solutions.
RPOS Delray will compliment our Chicago based headquarters along with our soon to be completed Clearwater service center bringing our total operating square footage to 46,000 sqft by the end of 2017!
