How it works.
Once a request is placed with ReSource Point of Sale, your replacement will ship out same day for next day delivery. Your replacement will arrive with a prepaid label and you can use the same box to ship the defective item back to us. Box it up, place the prepaid label on the box, and call FedEx to schedule a pick up. Easy peasy.
